pastured, healthy fats from nuts, seeds, fish and olive oil, avocados, and
organic fruits and vegetables. However, like any other diet plan, there are

legumes, refined sugar, refined vegetables oils, and cereal grains.
According to the
author of “The Paleo Diet’, Dr. Loren Cordain, this is the standard daily menu

should be free-range scrambled eggs sautéed in olive oil with chopped parsley,
grapefruit, and an herbal tea. For snacks, sliced lean beef plus fresh apricots
or any fresh fruit will do. For lunch, Caesar salad with chicken dressed in
lemon and olive oil plus an herbal tea would be perfect. Snacks after lunch
should be apple slices and raw walnuts. For dinner, grilled skinless turkey,
steamed broccoli, artichokes, carrots, and a bowl of fresh blueberries, almonds
and raisins is recommended.
Another author
and contributor of this diet plan, Robb Wolf, suggest on other means of eating
your vegetables. If not steamed, they can be eaten in raw form or lightly
cooked. For athletes or other people who are interested in other set of meals,
he also recommended a meal plan. For breakfast, an espresso, a shrimp scramble
with basil and steamed spinach, and ¼ cup of berries. There’s also a
pre-training snack of 2 oz. of chicken or two scrambled eggs, honeydew lemon,
and a cup of blueberries is recommended. After training, a salmon scramble, a half cup
of honeydew, and a cup of blueberries is suggested.
